The Regal Flyer

In October 2025 this beautiful Regal 65, named Regal Flyer, was brought into our shed for scheduled annual maintenance. During inspection, areas of deteriorated timber were discovered in the upper flybridge. The team carried out the following works:

• Carefully removed all sections of rotten timber.

• Replaced and scarfed in new solid timber.

• Completed fiberglassing, filling, and fairing to restore structural integrity and surface finish. 

• Prepared the repaired areas for painting and handed over to the painting team.

• Reinstalled all fittings and hardware removed during the repair process.

• While in the shed, the vessel also underwent a full antifoul application and prop speed treatment by the crew.

The entire project was completed over a six-week period and she is now returned to her owners and looking great.
