Moanalua II – 55ft Fleming

Moanalua II arrived in our shed in June 2025 for a comprehensive teak deck refit. The project began with the complete removal of all existing teak from the cockpit, side decks, foredeck, and boarding platform. Once the teak was lifted, we also removed the underlying plywood, which was replaced throughout with foam.

After installing the new plywood substrates, all deck areas were fully re-glassed and prepared for the installation of new 16 mm teak decking.

As part of the refit, we extended the boarding platform before fitting it with new teak.

While Moanalua II was out of the water and in our shed, we also completed a full antifoul and applied Propspeed to her running gear.
