Snow Leopard – a waterline extension

SCHIONNING CATAMARAN 44 FT  SKILLS: engineering, laminate, painting  |  PROJECT DURATION: 3 months

Both the bow and stern hulls were extended to improve the look and increase the catamaran's waterline. The bows were cut back and sealed before new extensions were installed using fiberglass and high-density foam. Female molds were fabricated by Brin Wilson around the existing sterns. The extensions were constructed from fiberglass with a foam core. This hull project increased the yachts LOA from 44 feet to 49 feet.
